Privacy
Last updated 17 August 2026
This notice covers the waitlist form on this page — the only thing this site does that touches your data. It is not the privacy policy for the Studdle app itself, which will get its own before launch.
What we collect
Joining the waitlist sends us two things: the email address you type in, and a source value recording which of the two forms on this page you used. A timestamp is added automatically. That is the entire signup record.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no tracking pixels or third-party scripts of any kind. We do not record your IP address or browser user agent — that data has no use here, so it is never collected in the first place.
Why we collect it
To send you one email when your Studdle invite is ready — nothing else. No confirmation email is sent when you sign up, no newsletter, no marketing sequence: the single invite email is the only message the waitlist ever sends.
Legal basis
Consent. Typing your email into either form and submitting it is the action that gives it. You can withdraw that consent at any time by asking us to delete your address — see "Your rights" below.
How long we keep it
Until the launch invites this waitlist exists for have been sent, or until you ask us to delete your address sooner, whichever comes first.
Who else sees it
Name the hosting provider that stores the waitlist database and the email-sending provider used to deliver the invite, and confirm neither uses this data beyond storing it or sending that one email.
Your rights
You can ask to see the address we hold for you, have it corrected, exported, or deleted, at any time and for any reason — email marton.roux@gmail.com and we will act on it.
The data controller
Name the legal entity and registered address responsible for this data — GDPR requires a privacy notice to identify its controller.
